8 Tips To Train Your Brain

repeated work

Doing something different again and again can create new brain pathways to learn new things faster and better. When we were still a toddler, we had a hard time eating all by ourselves and end up making a great mess out of our food. However, when we repeatedly try to eat by ourselves we eventually learned to properly use the spoon, fork and knife. That was made all possible by the thing call repetition.

We could apply it to our present selves through: if  we are some kind of  unorganized person. For example, organizing our work desk, we could start by the pieces of papers on it by deciding where to put those: trash, proper cabinet, to someone, or at another room. In doing this small things repeatedly, you will now be transformed from unorganized person to an organized one.
