In so, she realized that the habit of both remembering and then discussing the events or things can help improve the function of the brain. So basically, the simplest way to remember what we see is through repetition. For example, you just met someone:
“Hi,I’m Olive”
Instead of just responding “Nice to meet you” ,You could rather say, “Nice to meet you Olive”.
